2. Eligible Roles and Services

Educators on Edubeit may earn revenue through the following approved activities:

• Creating and delivering paid courses.
• Providing subscription-based educational content.
• Publishing premium notes, books, or learning materials.
• Offering paid assignment guidance, solutions for reference, and revision support.

3. Eligibility for Revenue and Payouts

To be eligible for payouts, educators must:

• Maintain an approved and verified educator account.
• Comply with all Edubeit policies, including the Honor Code and Codes of Conduct.
• Provide original, accurate, and educational content.
• Submit valid and up-to-date payment details.

4. Educational Use and Academic Integrity

All paid services and content on Edubeit are provided for learning and reference purposes only. Educators must not complete graded assessments on behalf of students or encourage academic dishonesty. Students remain responsible for how content is used.

5. Revenue Sources

Educator revenue may be generated from:

• Course enrollments.
• Subscription access fees.
• Sales of premium learning materials.
• Fees paid for assignment explanations and revision guidance.

6. Pricing and Promotions

Edubeit may set, recommend, or approve pricing and may run promotions or discounts. Promotional pricing may impact educator earnings.

7. Revenue Share

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Educators receive a percentage of net revenue.
• Net revenue equals gross revenue minus taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and platform service fees.
• Revenue shares may vary by service type.

8. Assignment Guidance Fees

Fees for assignment-related services may be based on complexity, subject area, urgency, and time required. Edubeit reserves the right to define pricing ranges and quality standards.

9. Quality Review and Approval

Edubeit may review educator-provided content and assignment guidance to ensure accuracy, educational value, and compliance with academic integrity standards. Payouts may be delayed or withheld pending review.

10. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a scheduled basis (e.g. monthly,after 3 months ,after 6 months or at the end of the year), subject to:

• Completion and approval of services.
• Minimum payout thresholds.
• Verification and compliance checks.

11. Payment Methods

Payouts may be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or approved third-party payment providers. Educators are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

12. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Adjustments

If a student receives a refund or files a chargeback, the related educator earnings may be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

13. Taxes and Withholding

Educators are responsible for any applicable taxes. Edubeit may withhold taxes where required by law and may request supporting documentation.

14. Prohibited Practices

Educators must not:

• Guarantee grades or academic outcomes.
• Complete exams or assessments on behalf of students.
• Manipulate enrollments, payments, or reviews.
• Solicit off-platform payments.

15. Suspension or Termination

Edubeit may suspend or terminate educator participation and withhold payouts in cases of fraud, policy violations, academic misconduct, or repeated quality issues.

16. Policy Changes

Edubeit may update this Revenue & Payout Policy at any time. Continued participation on the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
