This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the Edubeit platform. It is designed to ensure a safe, lawful, and productive learning environment for all users, including students, instructors, and visitors.

This Policy applies to all use of Edubeit services, including courses, assignment solutions, notes, books, discussion forums, messaging tools, and any other platform features.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may use Edubeit to:

  • Access educational content for personal, non-commercial learning.
  • Participate respectfully in discussions and collaborative activities.
  • Submit questions and materials related to legitimate academic study.
  • Download content only where explicitly permitted.
4. Prohibited Use

Users must not use Edubeit to:

  • Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell platform content.

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others.
  • Post illegal, misleading, or offensive content.
5. Network and System Security

Users must not:

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test platform vulnerabilities.
  • Interfere with platform performance or availability.
  • Use Edubeit to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
6. User-Generated Content

Any content submitted to Edubeit must:

  • Be lawful, accurate, and appropriate.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Not contain harmful, abusive, or deceptive material.
7. Enforcement and Consequences

Edubeit reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy. Consequences may include:

  • Warnings or educational guidance.
  • Temporary suspension of services or features.
  • Permanent account termination without refund.
  • Legal action or reporting to authorities where required.
8. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected misuse or violations of this Policy through official Edubeit support channels. Reports will be handled confidentially and fairly.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy works in conjunction with Edubeit’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Honor Code, and Codes of Conduct. In the event of conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

10. Changes to This Policy

Edubeit may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
